Making A Purchase

Browse the store and add items you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished shopping, click on \'checkout\' and you will then be able to make payment via Credit / Debit card using Paypal or with your Paypal account.

Once your order has been placed you should receive an order acknowledgement, providing you specified a valid email address at the time of placing your order. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement that your order has been received by us. Orders can only be classed as accepted by us once they have been delivered. In the unlikely event that your order contained items that were incorrectly priced by us we reserve the right to adjust your order when it is received by us. We will endeavour to notify you of this prior to the order being adjusted.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you within 7 business days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will order the item for you. This means that there may be a slight delay in getting you order to you. You will be contacted should this apply to you.

Tax Charges

Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted include VAT but exclude delivery costs which will be added to the total amount due from you.


If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you have 28 days to apply for a full refund.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you have 28 days from the point of sale to return the items back to us.

All returns are required to be accompanied with a covering letter and a copy of invoice or receipt.

Patterns & Pattern Books are NON Refundable

Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.

Goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited unless faulty.

A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the goods for the price paid for the item. We will provide a full refund of postage costs for a returned item if the return is a result of an error that the company has made or the goods are faulty.

We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions of business at any time without prior notification.
